DLS & HTS
Some individuals live in their own homes, for which they are financially responsible. Depending on the waiver, they may have up to two roommates. Incor offers trained staff to support these individuals in maintaining independence and guiding them through daily living skills. Some may need only a few hours of help for errands or medical appointments others may have 24/7 staff.
Supportive Living
Some individuals reside in their own accommodations, for which they are financially responsible. Incor can provide trained staff to assist these individuals in maintaining their independence and guiding them through essential daily living skills. Typically, these individuals require 24/7 supervision.
Group Home
Incor owns & operates seven group homes, all located within Muskogee County. Each home is designed to house six individuals & is either constructed from new builds or remodeled from larger residences. Each individual has their own private space with easy access to common areas. The construction of each home adheres to the guidelines set forth by the Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OCA) & the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). guidelines.
Residential Services
These services revolve around an individuals' time in their homes. By offering assistance with everyday tasks, we significantly impact the lives of those we serve. Our trained staff provide a wide range of supports to individuals who require additional assistance.

Supportive Living, inHome Supports, Adult Companion, Daily Living Supports, HTS Services, & Group Homes services are residential services that allow individuals to remain in their family's home, their own home, or a home with a family-like setting. The individuals will have trained HTS to help with life skills, such as, medication taking, cleaning, cooking, & other necessary life skills.
Recycling Center
The Recycling Center of Muskogee has a contract with Incor that allows us to maintain & run the center to provide a place of employment & community experience for our individuals.
Janitorial Contracts
Incor has secured contracts with local companies, allowing us to offer janitorial services to local businesses, including the 911 Call Center and the Muskogee County Districts 1 and 2.
Next2New
Next2New is a consignment store owned by Incor & operated by our staff & individuals. We are able to utilize our store to train our individuals on duties required to work in retail environments.
Training Center
The Training Center is a program where individuals work closely alongside staff to focus on coordination, dexterity, & both gross & fine motor skills. These skills can be used to transition to the Prodcution Center.
Production Center
The Production Center is a place where our individuals can gather employment skills to prepare them for work in the community. Incor contracts with Oklahoma Interpak & Optronics to provide assembly type work that is paid at a piece rate according to the Department of Labor regulations.
Vocational Services
Employment serves as a primary means for many individuals to engage with the world beyond their homes. Providing programs for our individuals gives the opportunity to be a part of their community while also allowing the chance to gain employment.

Job Coaching services provide on-site trained staff to assist with a paid job in the community that is tailored to the abilities, needs, & interests of the individual so they become as independent as possible.

Community services provide on-site trained staff to assist individuals in integrating into the community. Some individuals need assistance to help them cope with being in crowds or around loud noises. Individuals may also volunteer at various sites to develope employment skills to prepare them for paid employment.

Center Base services offers a structured environment for individuals to learn hand/eye coordination, dexterity, both gross & fine motor skills, as well as contract work that aids in the development of skills to that would allow them to seek employment in the community.
